Heidi lives in Sheboygan with husband Seth, daughter Adelaide and their dog Trooper.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lakeland University in '08 with a double major in Non-Profit Organizational Management and Psychology. She became the Executive Director of SCIO in 2014.  Prior to her position at SCIO, she spent 5 years working at Lutheran Social Services as a Transitional Living Program Case Manager for homeless youth.  She has also worked at a variety of other non-profits including The Gathering Place, The Girl Scouts of Manitou Council, The Sheboygan YMCA, and Innovative Service Inc. Faith is an important part of her life and she is an active member at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls.  She is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Sheboygan County, she has been involved with the Housing Coalition of Sheboygan County since 2009 and is a part of the Sheboygan County Trauma Informed Care Advisory Council.  She is passionate about building community and helping people realize their God given purpose.  In her free time she loves to play volleyball, spend time with her family, volunteer with her neighborhood association and hang out at the Lake.

Jodi was born and raised in Sheboygan.  She graduated from South High School and then continued to Lakeland College.  She graduated with her BA in Accounting minoring in Business Administration.  She recently married Lee Bonnett and became the step mother to Sandra, Jason, Pieper & Austyn along with her children Dylan, Carly, and Jadyn.  Her family continues to grow as she graduated to step grandma to Hunter. In March 2016, she welcomed her son Dylan's first born, Easton Oak. Her family wouldn't be complete without their fur baby's Buster, a chihuahua terrier mix and Brandy, a lab shepherd mix.  She enjoys camping, walks by the lake, family game nights, motorcycle rides and spending time with her family.  She continues to see God's blessings in her life when she least expects it.

Maria is a Wisconsin native, currently residing in Sheboygan. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Inter-Arts with Honors. Prior to accepting the Farmers Market Manager position in March 2017, she worked as a freelance artist, caregiver, and dance teacher. She was also employed as a full-time office manager at UW-Milwaukee for ten years while she worked her way through college. She is passionate about food in all its forms, from farm to table, and feels blessed to be a part of the Sheboygan Farmers Market and the Sheboygan community. She is also passionate about African drumming, dancing and culture, and recently returned from Guinea, West Africa, where she attended a three-week drum and dance camp and cultural inland tour of remote villages. She pursues many artistic endeavors including writing, painting, matting and framing, sewing, cooking and dancing, and offers weekly African dance classes in the Sheboygan community. She looks forward to using her energy and creativity to make the farmers market the best it can be and can’t wait to meet the members of the Sheboygan community!

Claudette resides in Sheboygan with her children. She followed her dream and graduated from Lakeland College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. She believes that whenever there is a person in need, there is an             opportunity for kindness, compassion and a chance to make a difference.

Kara resides in Sheboygan with her husband and their dog Dakota and cat Marley and adores  living by the lake and all it has to offer.  She graduated with honors from Lakeland University with a Bachelor’s Non Profit Organizational Management with a specialized focus in Psychology and Criminal Justice.  Additionally, she runs an Etsy shop where her creative passion for making and selling fine jewelry has become reality.  She is passionate about the non-profit sector and more importantly the many that benefit from the non-profit sector itself and is excited about contributing to SCIO’s mission.

Ashleigh Monticello is a small town girl from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  She attended Lakeland University and graduated Cum Laude in 2016 with  with her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology.   Prior to graduation she interned with SCIO for two semesters during her Senior Year.   She now lives in Sheboygan with her boyfriend, Eddie. She is a huge family oriented person and always look forward to family time. She absolutely loves basketball and softball and her little shelter kitty Myles (pictured with her above). She lives for the summer and sitting on the beach.  She has a passion for helping people and finds it incredibly rewarding to see someone grow and accomplish big things. She is thankful to be a part of the SCIO Bridgeway staff! ​

LuAnn Roman and her husband, Robert, moved to Sheboygan in 2016 from Milwaukee where they raised two girls to adulthood. While there, she earned a BA degree in Social Work and practiced for 5 1/2 years always with the view to being an encourager/mentor to those whom she served. The work at Bridgeway extends that fulfilling career; she is glad to be a part of the BW team. Sewing and crocheting fill her time and desire to be productive. In addition, being part of a Sheboygan Christian faith community and church work are important parts of her life and provides the motivation for everyday action. ​

Marissa currently resides in her hometown of Sheboygan Falls. She graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 2012. Marissa graduated from St. Norbert College, located in De Pere, WI in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, English Major, Creative Writing Emphasis, and English and Language Arts teacher assistant experience with a variety of age levels. She not only is a Bridgeway Program Assistant, but she is also a Supervised Visitation Program Assistant at Sheboygan County Interfaith Organization (SCIO). Marissa thinks it’s great that she can incorporate her education, writing skills, editing abilities, love of learning, creativity, training skills, and teaching abilities in a unique way in both positions. She loves her jobs here at SCIO because they are both challenging, she learns a lot of new things every day, and they both can be a lot of fun. While working at SCIO, Marissa is also currently a part-time News Editorial Assistant for the Sheboygan Press Media, part of the Gannett USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin and a part-time Outdoor Education Instructor at Camp Y-Koda Outdoor Skills and Education.

Dora was born and raised in Sheboygan and has also lived in Milwaukee and Port Washington. She graduated from South High School and has recently taken the required courses to become a Reiki Master.  Currently she is taking a Shamanic online course and has learned a variety of other Spiritual practices. Sharing that knowledge, and helping others reach their full potential, is something she takes a lot of joy in doing. Her love for creating art of any kind occupies her free time. Her passion for writing has inspired her to start writing her first book. For relaxation and rejuvenation Dora enjoys being outdoors camping, hiking and swimming. Growing up near Lake Michigan, she spends many summer days and nights at the beach. Dora adds, "I believe our partners, volunteers and everyone involved with Sheboygan County Interfaith Organization is making a significant difference in our community. We are doing that by helping our recipients gain confidence, obtain valuable life skills and giving them the support they need with kindness and compassion."
