Lisa resides in Plymouth, WI with her husband, Matt, and has three children, Kyanne, Jade and Michael.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lakeland College with a major in Psychology and Sociology and a minor in Social Welfare. She later went on to receive her Master of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in Higher Education from Lakeland College.  She is a member of St. Thomas Aquinas, where she has served as a Faith Formation instructor for seven years.  Lisa loves to spend time with her family, cooking, raising miniature schnauzers, playing cards and traveling.  She believes that our God-given talents and treasures should be shared with others through servant leadership to positively impact those in our community.

Jodi was born and raised in Sheboygan.  She graduated from  Lakeland College with BA in Accounting minoring in Business Administration.  When she married Lee Bonnett, she became the step mother to Sandra, Jason, Pieper & Austyn along with her children Dylan, Carly, and Jadyn.  Her family continues to grow as she graduated to step grandma to Hunter Lee and her two grandchildren, Easton Oak and Ingrid Sage. Her family has several pets of their own as well as fosters kittens.  She enjoys camping, walks by the lake, family game nights, and spending time with her family.  She continues to see God’s blessings in her life when she least expects it.

Maria graduated from UW-Milwaukee in December of 2009 with a BFA in visual art and dance. In January of 2017, Maria travelled to Guinea, West Africa, to further her study of West African dance and culture. Upon her return, Maria began working at SCIO as the Farmers Market Manager for the entirety of the 2017 season. Life-changing events led Maria back to Guinea in 2018 and away from her position at SCIO. In May of 2019, Maria returned to SCIO to begin work again with the Farmers Market. She is very happy to be back in the Sheboygan community where she resides with her husband, Salia. In addition to the Farmers Market, Maria dances with Nafaya, the African Drum & Dance Company in Sheboygan, and is an active member in the Sheboygan arts community.

Melissa was born and raised in the Sheboygan area with her husband Tim and her 4 children Eric, Philip, Emily, and Abbie. She has recently become an empty nester this year! She currently has 3 cats and as the kids have flown the nest, she seems to gain another cat, so a 4th cat will probably be soon.

Melissa has been working in the volunteer coordinator field for the last 9 years with various local non-profit organizations and eager to expand her knowledge with Bridgeway and Family Pathways Programs. She has also 12 years of experience working in the childcare field in home and daycare settings and over 17 years’ experience in the Hospitality setting.

She also gives of her time on the weekends volunteering with the Working-Family Breadbasket organization.

A past graduate of Sheboygan Area Lutheran High School, full-time mom and working full time, she is returning to college to complete her business degree. One of the many things on her bucket list!

In her free time, she enjoys shopping, traveling to visits her children, and spending time with her family.

She is looking forward to working with such a great team to make a difference in our community transforming lives, one family at a time!

Abby was born and raised in Sheboygan, WI where she currently resides with her son and teddy bear puppy. After graduating with her Police Science degree, she served as a law enforcement officer for twenty years. Abby later received her AODA certification and has worked as a case manager with the homeless population for over ten years.

Abby volunteers her time in the local recovery community and also enjoys working with memory care and dementia patients. Abby loves spending time with family and friends. She also likes to paint, sing, play board games, and work in the garden.

Abby’s favorite quote is, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” -Mahatma Gandhi

Rhie Lorenz is the mother of four grown children and four growing grandchildren, all of whom have shaped her life immeasurably. Rhie has worked as an advocate in the lives of individuals in her community since 2003. Her unique background and life experiences bring an understanding and compassion to the work she does in her professional life with SCIO as a Program Assistant in Bridgeway. In addition to this work, she is also a Reproductive Advocate in her own long standing business as a Doula, Breastfeeding and Childbirth educator and student midwife.

LuAnn Roman and her husband, Robert, moved to Sheboygan in 2016 from Milwaukee where they raised two girls to adulthood. While there, she earned a BA degree in Social Work and practiced for 5 1/2 years always with the view to being an encourager/mentor to those whom she served. The work at Bridgeway extends that fulfilling career; she is glad to be a part of the BW team. Sewing and crocheting fill her time and desire to be productive. In addition, being part of a Sheboygan Christian faith community and church work are important parts of her life and provides the motivation for everyday action.

Stenisha originally resided in Milwaukee, WI; but now resides in Sheboygan, WI while attending Lakeland University. Stenisha is majoring in Psychology and has a minor in Communication. With being the first-generation college student, Stenisha tries to be a positive role model to others and her family.  After graduation, Stenisha plans on working at SCIO or something similar to SCIO’s mission, and going back to school to get her Master’s degree in Social Work. In the far future, Stenisha plans on building an after school center for children in Milwaukee. Stenisha plans on making this center a judgement free zone for children to learn more and be out of harm’s way. At the center, she plans to offer free counseling, classes (tutoring), and snacks to students who are enrolled. With high hopes, this center will steer our future generations to higher potentials and positivity about higher education. 

As of now, Stenisha enjoys watching Netflix shows, spending time with family, and going to work! A motto Stenisha lives by is, “The one to tell you that you failed is yourself”; which encourages her to move forward and never look back because life is full of learning opportunities.

Gwen grew up in Sheboygan while frequently living in both Madison and Milwaukee. Gwen is currently in her senior year of college at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and will graduate with her Bachelors in Criminal Justice in May of 2021. After graduation, Gwen plans on obtaining her Masters in nursing while working at SCIO. Gwen’s ultimate goal is to become a case manager in either a healthcare setting or transitional programs. Gwen enjoys her free time by traveling, spending time with family and listening to music.

Edith was born and raised in Sheboygan, WI. She plans on pursuing her dreams of becoming a paralegal later on in life. She will have two baby girls soon, that are here everything.

She loves spending time with her family because she thinks it’s so important to have those memories forever and she wants her girls to always have that. She also loves helping others. It’s amazing to see how much you can impact someone.
