Planned Giving

The ripple effects of transforming lives never ends.

Do you dream of leaving a legacy? Do you know that memorial gifts and bequests to Sheboygan County Interfaith Organization transforms lives and that YOU can leave the legacy of changing lives? When considering how you can create a mindful legacy, please consider a gift to SCIO.

Memorial Gifts

Memorial gifts are an important way you can make a lasting contribution to Sheboygan County Interfaith Organization. A memorial is a donation made in memory of someone. Often the family of the deceased will request that friends and family make memorial gifts to specific organizations in lieu of flowers. Other times the family will make a donation to an organization using the cash gifts from others when their loved one passes away.  If you or your loved one has been a supporter of SCIO or has benefitted from the work of SCIO, please consider making a memorial gift in memory of your loved one.

Bequests

A bequest is a gift made through a donor’s will and is completely free from federal estate tax.  If you wish to make a provision in your will, the following general form is suggested: “I give Sheboygan County Interfaith Organization, a Wisconsin not-for-profit corporation, located at 1251 Geele Avenue Sheboygan, Wisconsin 53083, the sum of $______ or ____percent of the residue of my estate (or specifically described property) for general purposes.”

If you have already named SCIO in your plans, we would like to acknowledge your meaningful gift. Please contact us by filling out the form below.

Endowment

If you are passionate about the mission of SCIO, you can make a gift that will support SCIO and its mission by contributing to the endowment fund. A percentage of the interest earned each year will support SCIO and its work, keeping the important work of transforming lives intact. Contributing to the endowment fund will leave a legacy that will begin a ripple effect that will endure the test of time.  To contribute to the endowment fund, please contact Executive Director, Lisa Stephan, at 920-457-7272 or fill out the form below.
